DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT

The diploma supplement is a document which is joined to a superior studies diploma. Its aim is to improve a program’s international ‘transparency’ and facilitate academic and professional recognition of certain qualifications (diplomas, university credits, certificates, etc.). The document is meant to describe the nature, level, context, content, and status of the studies successfully achieved by the student whose diploma requires the supplement.
Thus a diploma is more easily readable and more comprehensive in other countries.
It includes a minutely detailed description of the university degree and the skills acquired throughout the program.
It judges a students’ acquisitions and skills judged in an equitable and objective fashion.
Finally, it facilitates access to job offers and the pursuit of further studies in another country.
