The COE Welcomes You
Osteopathy, today and tomorrow’s humanist medicine, is leaping forward. Indeed, osteopathy is an eco medicine presenting undeniable qualities: it answers the needs of a population slowly awakening to the notion of a State of Health and growing more conscious of the benefits of combining curative and preventative therapeutic approaches. The quality-based osteopathy we offer our students at the COE requires, in order to be practiced, a high level of training. At the crossroads of medical and human sciences, osteopathy combines an elaborated knowhow, an intuitive yet scientific spirit, whose motor is a genuine empathy for the human being.
Our high standards sparks questions which a student must answer for himself before choosing an establishment: What practice should I choose, will I have my place in the world of health, and upon completing my osteopathic training, will I have the tools I need to easily perform osteopathy and comfortably exist in a competitive world?
For the COE, the answer to these questions lies first and foremost in the quality and level of the osteopathic training. Our objective is to make of each one of our students a professional, competent, and experimented osteopath as of the end of his degree.
In order to guarantee this, we rely on our long and worthy experience in teaching osteopathy which, for the past 20 years has made our reputation and been recognized by all. But we believe our students deserve more;
The COE group moves forward, and continues...
- To develop the clinic’s activity, already one of Europe’s most important osteopathic centers, with nearly 30 000 yearly consultations. We offer our students an unequalled professionalizing experience and an opportunity to create partnerships with research institutes so as to validate our method with clinical studies.
- To increase the scientific level of our students’ clinical memoirs and literature research.
- To structure clinical research by perfecting the data collecting and exploitation systems so that young graduates participate in the COE’s research department (AREDOE) publications.
- To reinforce the COE’s European position and to promote student and teacher Erasmus exchange to European schools and COE Munich’s Undergraduate and Dual Degree Programs.
- To strengthen our partnerships with hospital departments and faculties, as in the case of our Psychosomatics University Diploma with the Université René Descartes Paris V.
- To accompany our young graduates two to three years after obtaining their diploma.
Our projects, as well as our strong desire for excellence will continue to flourish and grow so long as we stand by the «COE Spirit», whose values are based on exchange, respect, and the sharing of knowledge. At the COE, honesty and intellectual rigor in transmitting what we know are notions our team strongly believe in.
We invite you to discover and share our passion: osteopathy.
